Stretch your Hip Flexors

Learn how to get the most out of stretching your hip flexors and hamstrings.

Hip Flexor Stretch

With Anterior Pelvic Tilt your hip flexors are tight. That is the front of your thighs need to be stretched. For that see the list below:

  1. Get into a lunge position
  2. push whichever leg is in front forward and stretch the other leg for 30 seconds
  3. do the same with the alternative leg for 30 seconds also
  4. do this for 3 sets of 30 seconds on each leg
