Glute Bridges are a way to fire about your sleeping glutes.
Glute Bridges Exercise
Glute Bridges is a great exercise for correcting your anterior pelvic tilt. It is great because you are strengthening your glutes at the same time strengthening your abdominal muscles which are both weak. Below are instructions on how to do glute bridges:
- Lie on your back either on the floor, mat, or bed
- Feet parallel to the ground and Contract glutes and push glutes up
- hold for three seconds and put glutes back down to the ground
- do this for 3-4 sets of 20 reps
